Bounties

Put a bounty on a wanted player: pick them from the leaderboard, set how many kills on them and the time limit, and stake your points. Only kills on that player count. Everyone else can hunt them, and the first to reach the kills wins the whole stake and closes the bounty. Nobody in time and the stake goes back to you. Posting a bounty uses one bounty token from the shop.
